Tips For Attending Open Houses In And Around Orlando This Weekend
This List Is Great For Anyone Looking To Buy A Home In Central Florida
Also Good For Someone Who Needs Something To Do This Weekend And Feels Like Spying On Their Neighbors!
#1. Get A List Of Open Houses In And Around Orlando From Your Local Realtor. Grab a list and plan out your day. It's probably best to verify that the houses in and around Orlando are actually OPEN this weekend. Things happen and schedules change....Don't forget, when you work with a Realtor you can get access to all homes on the market throughout Central Florida. With a Realtor, every day can be open house day!
#2. Don't Be Shy. If you're serious about finding your Orlando dream home you need to ask questions. Lot's and lot's of questions. What's important to you in a home? You don't want to waste time looking at homes that won't work for you. If the home is not what you're looking for ask your Realtor for a list of homes that match your needs.
#3 Be Up Front With The Realtor. We Realtors often utilize open houses to find clients looking for their new Orlando home. I know some of us can come across as pesky...but really we're just asking questions to find out if we can help. Let them know if you're already working with a Realtor. If you're not ready to give your contact information ask them for theirs. A good agent should be equipt with so much valuable information that you want to reach out to them when you're ready!
Be Sure to consult with your Realtor if these homes are actually OPEN this weekend.
Or call me if you don't have a Realtor, I'd be happy to help!
